We are looking for corporate and institutional partners to join with the Pittsburgh Canopy Alliance to help plant 100,000 new trees, protect the existing urban forest, and help build a greener and more equitable future for our region.

Investment by the private sector will help the Alliance to leverage additional government and philanthropic dollars to achieve this ambitious goal. Corporations, retailers, local businesses, and institutions can support Alliance projects in numerous ways, including:

• Engaging customers in point of sale giving,
• Cause marketing programs,
• Direct grant making and sponsorships,
• Employee and/or customer engagement events,
• Carbon tax credits,
• PA tax incentive partnership through the Neighborhood Assistance Program, and
• Pledging to plant trees on your property.

By supporting Canopy Alliance projects you’re investing in vetted projects, led by reputable organizations with forestry expertise, and carefully designed to meet community goals in targeted areas where trees are needed the most.
